Mimi Hill is the co-owner and operator of Blue Sky Trekking and Travel, a guide company that leads multi-day trekking and trail running adventures across Europe. Along with having over a decade of guiding experience, Mimi is also a certified yoga teacher and has perfected the art of the sunrise mission breakfast burrito, ensuring it’s hot and ready just in time for early-morning peak bagging. Mimi's favorite outdoor activities include hiking, trail running, fast-pack hut tripping, surfing, and mountain-top snacking, all of which are often accompanied by her Kindle and knitting supplies. Along with being a gear tester, Mimi is also Better Trail’s social media guru extraordinaire. Originally from Georgia, she and her husband Jonas now live in the picturesque coastal town of San Vicente de la Barquera in Cantabria, Spain.
