LCS could easily lose more than just its primetime slot after 2023 schedule changes

But in the professional scene, it can be much harder to find a successful balance between changes to scheduling and formats that satisfy both viewers and players alike.

Riot Games has announced a pletho of scheduling changes to the competitive League landscape for 2023, including the sudden shift of the LCS from its primetime broadcasting days of Saturday and Sunday to Thursday and Friday at a surprisingly early start time.
